Michael Ash, age 35, was reported missing from Renton, WA on Sunday, April 16, according to the Renton Police Department.

Police have reason to believe that Ash was last seen walking around the Maple Valley area around 7 p.m. on Monday, April 17. That was also the last time he spoke to his family, some of whom reside in Lynn, according to a GoFundMe campaign.

"Michael is struggling with mental illness and the family is extremely worried about him," his cousins wrote the campaign page. "We just want him home."

Authorities have found some of Ash's personal belongings, including his backpack, and believe he is still wandering around on foot. If Ash does turn himself in, his family plans on donating the money from the GoFundMe to a mental health organization in the Seattle area.

"Thank you so much for all of your love and support during this difficult time," Ash's cousins wrote. "It means the world to us."
